Hi all

I'm Charlotte, and as of yesterday I am on the slimming world journey to being a lighter me!
I did slimming world a few years ago and slipped into bad habits once I got to target weight and piled the weight back on. After a few comments about my weight I have decided now is the time to do something about it, instead of ignoring it and being unhappy. I did it before and I know I can do it again and this time I am determined to keep the weight off!!

I'm 24, 5ft 3 and I weigh 10 stone 8. I am the heaviest I have ever been this is my inspiration to lose the weight. I don't want to feel self conscious anymore, I don't want to feel like I'm
Seen as "the fat one" in a group. So I'm making 2014 my year to change my life and get to where I want to be.

I am doing it from home as money is tight but I've dug out my old books and food diary to get me on track, but if any syns have changed please correct me


Breakfast - fat free yogurt, apple, grapes
Lunch - salad with egg and new potato, mayo (2 syns)
Dinner - SW spaghetti bolognaise (with carrot, onion, celery, courgette, mushrooms) made with oil (hex b) and cheese (hex a).
Snack - apple


Breakfast - apple
Lunch - pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, cucumber. Fat free yogurt.
Dinner - left over spag Bol from yesterday. 1 piece garlic bread 5syns?
Snack - apple

Feeling very pleased with myself for staying on track and actually enjoying the food. I suppose the weekend is the real test!
