2014 and back to it.
Time to get back to it.
I reached target in November 2012 and was pretty good at maintaining for 6 months. A few pounds started creeping on but over the last few weeks I have just gone totally off the rails and I am actually far to scared to get on the scales.
I have found a class to start tomorrow morning so I am getting ready by starting a new diary.
I found a food diary really useful last time so plan to update daily.
I will update all my stats tomorrow on return from class.
First day back on plan today.
I attended class this morning. Really enjoyed it and am feeling really positive about things today.
Food plan for today:
Breakfast after weigh in banana and orange.
Lunch: salad, dressing (2 1/2), morrocan couscous (4!)
Dinner: Turkey chow mien (2)
hexa milk for drinks
hexb not had!! will have an alpen light when I get snacky later
Have been drinking sparkling water, tea and coffee. Have lots milk left so might make cocoa and will add syns later.
I walked the dog today. Used a new app to see how far but lost gps 1.94 miles in which was annoying. I guesstimate it was 2 1/2 miles.
Posting todays plan early as working the next 2 nights.
B: mushrooms cooked in fry light, toast (hexb), ketchup (1)
L: salad, dressing (2 1/2), couscous (4)
D: salmon fishcakes, ratatouille, peas, baby corn.
Drinks coffee, tea, sparkling water, hexa used for drinks.
Bite of a caramel wafer! (2)
Will be packing a bag of free foods to take to work to keep me on plan x
Forgot to add that I walked a mile with the dog.
Well I worked the night shift last night and was thankfully too busy to think about food!
3am, banana, orange and cheese curls (3)
9am, toast(hexb) spread (2), honey (1), cocoa (1/2hexa and 1syn)
6pm, spagetti bolognaise with lots super free in the sauce parmesan (1/2 hexa)
3am: banana and orange
9am: toast (hexb) spread (2), jam (1), cocoa (hexa+1)
4pm: hifi (3)
6.30pm: sausages (4), carrots, brocolli, potatoes, gravy(1)
Not the best day. I havent eaten enough!
Snack muller light, raspberries and blueberries.
B: Toast (hexb), fried egg, ketchup (1).
L: Spaghetti bolognese.
D: Leek and bacon risotto raspberries and melon.
S: hifi (3), wine (9) hexa 1/2 s milk, 1/2 parmesan.
Another on plan yesterday.
B: Fried egg, beans, toast (hexb)
L: mug shot and melon!
D: Chicken tikka biryani (chicken, rice, onions, peppers, green beans)
S: a few mandm (5) cheese curls (3)
7 days on plan!! Very proud of myself.
Weigh in tomorrow so hope the scales reflect it.

L: mackerel (1.5), coleslaw (2), salad.
D: pork, apples sauce (1), carrots, french beans, cabbage, sw roast potatoes and gravy (1).
Day 8 and weigh day!! 3 1/2lbs off which I am really pleased with.
B: At class, coffee, banana and an orange.
L: Lo biryani rice (french beans, onions, peppers, spinach)
D: Turkey meatballs, pasta, sauce (tomatoes, onions, peppers, corgettes and mushrooms)
S: raspberry with chocolate sprinkle muller (yum)
Well after 2 horrid night shifts I am all behind with updating my diary. Things havent been great. Not eaten nearly enough super free or in fact free foods. Back on focus today.
