Hi all, I joined slimming world 22.05.14 and enjoyed keeping a food diary for the first 4 weeks for my consultant. Now I'm past that initial month, I no longer have to hand them in, but I liked the fact someone was checking them so they could point out where I might be making mistakes. So I thought I would start a food diary here so people can tell me if I'm going wrong, and so I'm still keeping track of myself.
