Im a 34 year old mum of two boys.
I've been on many diets like most people namely sw, ww,cs and most recently cc. I find it so hard not to count the calories in things though.
I am a big binge eater and have noticed that certain carbs like bread and crisps set me off on a binge so am seriously considering sw again. Also if I have chocolate it leads to more chocolate.
Today I'm ashamed to say I had weetabix for breakfast
A roll and wotsits for lunch
Half a pack of maltesers, a twix and two yum yums. see what I mean about binge eating?? Its only half one. I seriously need to get out of the binge eating mindset. I don't even eat cos I'm hungry I don't know why I do it.
I won't be going to group as I dont feel comfortable talking in front of groups if people so I'm going to try and do it on my own.
I was thinking that as sw doesn't allow processed food within syn allowance I won't want or feel I need to binge.
Ideally I'd like to lose 21 pounds by Xmas.
