Hi everyone,

I am not a member of Slimming World myself but my girlfriend is, she has done amazingly well with 2 stone loss in 9 months! (I don't think she needed to loose any!)

Anyway I am going to try and cook her dinner tonight she gets back from work at around half 8! She is quite fussy but is always complaining that food is getting boring and she is struggling to loose weight!

She loves Chicken, Pork, Rice and more simple things but loves nice flavours -

I am a very very VERY basic cook but want to give it a go - Any recipes and instructions you people have can you please post.
