    Diet,IVF and me!

    Hi all! My journey started 14 Jan 2013.
    I alwas was a big girl when i was growing up. I ve never had a fat friend before and basically never had anyone understanding me or be able to support. So i was always pretending that im comfortable in my own skin (i mean as comfortable as you possibly could be when you are carrying cake for your own birthday and little crowd of boys calling your names OR when you are going shopping and straight to men's department as they dont have girls jeans in my size)
    Than i moved to UK and i felt comfortable here (you would laugh but i think it was one of the reasons why i actually moved here except learning English) i could walk in any shop and buy jeans (size 16-18) or nice girly top for myself.
    When i got married we decided to try for a baby and nothing was happening. (Up to today its been 4,5 years of trying to concieve).
    We went to doctors and havebeen told that we could be qualified for NHS funded IVF as long as i have healthy BMI.
    Long story short...
    Weight watchers (1 stone) , Raw Food diet (4 stones).
    And once i start eating "normal" (cooked) food again i started gaining weight. So from my my original loss of 30 kg (104.7 - 74) i put on back almost 10!!!
    I started Slimming World 4 weeks ago to support my First IVF treatment and hopefully pregnancy too.
    At the moment im just doing at home and from 83 kg im down to 80.7 kg which is good as my main goal not to put on weight while i have hormons treatment.
    Sorry for such a long introduction!
    I really hope to find support and friends in this group! X

    I m not able to attend meetings so just doing SW at home.
    I ve done Ww online before and only benfit was to actually have an online diary.

    So i decided not to spend money on online setvice this time as with their basic brochures i can be just fine too. And there is so much online jelp too!)))

    Haha no problem!! I wud love to not pay 2 go to meetings but im jus unable 2 do it alone i jus havent got the willlpower. I do enjoy sw but i always did weight watchwrs coz i went with a friend. Im enjoyin sw so far. R u xx

    Good morning! I think so. I sort of plan my meals one week ahead. Snack on loads of fruits (sometimes i gobble whole pack of grapes at one go lol) And it works forvme

    And as i work really long hours i rarely can attend meeting. And when i could i just simply choose spend this time with my hubby.

    Basically i went for a meeting once (first time i subscribed) just to get those booklets and get some info. But it was soooo busy and i spent 2 h listening about someone's life, promotions from the group leader and 0 useful information!

    My usual breakfast choice would be 35 g porridge oats (HEB) +300-400 ml koko milk (HEA) or 100 ml semi skimmed milk and water (i can add some milk to my tea that makes HEA) + 1 banan +1 apple (fruits are EFree).
    Today is one of the days when i m going to be out and about so i had 2 boiled eggs (Free)+ which gives me an option for sandwich i need to grab one on the go (2 pieces of bread (1 HEB +4 SYNS) +grated cheese (HEA) + loads of salad leaves (EF)+ lighten than light mayo 2 SYNS)
    I have some soup pre made for my dinner (1 pepper +onion+garlic (EF) + red lentils (Free).
    I know i will be meeting someone in McDonalds😈... oh god give me my strength!😨😨😨
