    Alma Lactofree Skimmed milk - hea?

    Hi. Just wondering if anyone knows whether Alma Lactofree skimmed milk can be used as a healthy extra A. If so what amount?

    Any idea of syns it contains would be good to know too.

    Im not sure if its the same thing but Arla lactofree skim milk is 1 1/2syns per 100ml or 375ml is hexA
    Alpro soya light lactofree sweetened soya milk is also 400ml or unsweetened is 500ml for hexA

    these are on extra easy plan .x.x.
