Healthy extra A - what if I don't use it all?
I don't eat cheese at all, and I very rarely drink all of my milk as I'm not a massive fan of that either... Is this a problem? Will it affect my losses?

I doubt it, although calcium is good at aiding weight loss (as well as other health benefits).
You dont have to have it, but in my opinion you're missing out by not having it
Struggling, but never giving in!
Not currently attending a group or even weighing at home - focusing on just sticking to plan rather than getting obsessed with the numbers!
