Do you have to use all your healthy a's & b's everyday?

I just want to know if you have to use all your healthy a's & b's everyday because I normally don't have all my allowence of milk and like today I haven't had any a's at all. I don't want to have it for the sake of it when I'm not hungry to eat cheese or I don't fancy a cup of tea to use the milk. B choice is always easy lol
 
Hiya, You should have everything that you are entitled to when it comes to a Healthy Extras A. They are important as they give vital calcium. I believe they say that not having it all means that you should syn what you have had. Sometimes when I don't use my milk for cereal etc I make a hot milk drink with it instead :)
 
As I say that's what I've seen others post on here. You could always try and incorporate cheese into your meals...the babybel lights are nice in the middle of a burger or in a omelet or sometimes I make toast pizza..that's nice too :)
 
You need the calcium. If you don't get enough you could suffer from osteoporosis in later life. Not fun!

If you don't want to have dairy foods, then you should check out other good dietary sources of calcium and make sure that you get enough.
 
I struggle to have my healthy extra a so I bought today the laughing cow extra lights as you can have 6 of them. So will incorporate them into my eating plan
