What sort of curry is it? My DH is a chef so can help.....but I would say either reduce the sauce, use ordinary flour & count the syns or use some tomato puree. Hope this helps

Bit too late now but I always chuck in a load of frozen spinach...thickens it up lovely and adds loads of nutrients too!

Failing that (and this is controversial I believe!) add some instant potato...works wonders!

If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down

Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! If you get off, get thrown off, or lose your place, run after it! If that doesn't work, get the next immediate wagon. Fight to stay on the wagon it will take you to your destination

throw in some rice to absorb the excess liquid?
you're going to have it on / with rice anyway presumably so a little bit that's already flavoured won't hurt..
