    Have you ?? Either way and welcome to the January Challenge.

    Its a new year and there could also be a new you if you stick to plan. Is this your year? YES I hear you all shout - You can do anything you set your mind to, so if your sick of faffing about and yoyoing this is the place to make that new start. I know a lot wont know what they want to lose until they have their final WI at the end of next week so just add as your ready.

    The challenge will begin on January 1st and end January 31st -Daz has a list of the usual joiners, but if your new add your name to the thread and im sure the lovely Daz will add you to the spreadsheet - Good luck to you all

    I can't wait to start this. The last two days i have been eating loads of carby, sugary foods and felt so sick and tummy-achey and bloated that I wished I hadn't done it. It's a really strong deterrent to me not to repeat the experience. I have one more family buffet party this afternoon but won't eat anything off plan.

    My last weigh in of the year is on New Years Day and that will be my starting point for this challenge. I am thinking of starting a diary too, for the new year. Can I also record what I eat in the normal diary section or does it have to go in the food diary section?
