    Hi I'm keen to hear how you've noticed your weight loss, not linked to your weekly weigh in. For me it's that my wedding ring is now loose.

    I've noticed my back and chest are much slimmer, I can finally get into some of my old tops again! Think the most surprising one was that it hurts to sit down for long periods now, there's less fat to use as a cushion!

    Question - have you noticed overall? I can look in a mirror, knowing I'm slimmer and not see any difference! is it just me?

    I've noticed I have more room in my clothes and my bras fit better...I am 1/2lb off my first stone so it may show a little more after a bit more loss but I don't see the loss when I look in the mirror I also do monthly pictures to compare but again I don't see the difference and people I have asked have said I'm losing it from my shoulders which is not good it needs to go from my bum n tum lol but all in good time. My inspiration though...the last time I went shopping I bought a pair of jeans a size too small and I tried them on as i started SW after a month, again this month after 2 months on the plan and at the beginning I could get them to the top of my thighs then last month I got them round my bum but belly hanging out and today belly in but can't breathe but they went all the way up lol thats why my goal is 14/16 jeans and not a weight because to me the clothes size is more rewarding than the weight loss.

    It's not just you. I'm not seeing it although husband claims he can see it. I'm noticing my loose clothing though, or more to the point it now fits where I was bursting out of it.

    Totally agree :-) I definitely notice my weight loss when I put my clothes on. My size 14's are getting slightly big and I need a belt for them now. I have got a pair of jeans that used to be my favourite pair and I hung onto them. They are a Continental size, but are something between a size 10 and 12. I know that when they fit me again, I am winning xx

    I've just tried on sallopettes from last year, and they fit beautifully. They are a size smaller than the one I wore in January! Hoping to lose weight next week via body magic with skiing in France. Might have a couple of cheeky Vinos too!

    That's true, but for what I need to lose, it is a relatively small amount for me, no-one else has noticed yet.

    But I'm noticing little things now, like not getting as breathless going up the stairs and now I don't make a "fwgahhgrere" sound when I pick something up from the floor, lol!
