Low fat yogurts causing stomach cramps?

    Hi guys

This is my second week of SW and I have spend half of it doubled over with agony from stomach cramps. It took me a few days to find out that it was the low fat yogurts that were causing this. Everything from muller lights to brooklea low fat/fat free yogurts (apart from Greek or natural) make me sick as a dog within 1/2-1 hour after consuming it.

I'm just wondering whether anyone else has had anything like it?

I'm fine with all full fat yogurts and seen as set natural yogurt is quite low in syns I'm going to start using syns for the yogurts. This low fat stuff is making my stomach feel like its being ripped out (ok, I can be quite dramatic but it's really really painful).

Oh and I'm not lactose intolerant either.

Could it be the extra sugars they put in low fat one.I can't eat low fat as it upsets my stomach.

"Eating small amount of full fat and feeling satisfied and enjoy your food is better than eating a low fat yogurt, not feeling satisfied and then turn to biscuits and chocolate."
If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

What fits your schedule better -- Exercising 1 hour a day or being f** 24 hours a day?”

I thought it might have something to do with the sweeteners they add to it. Thanks, it's nice to known I'm not the only one.

I really like the muller lights too!

    Sheize..
