Does anyone here do crossfit?
I go 3 times a week but I can't seem to find an eating plan to help me lose the pounds. My body just seems to want to hold on!
I tried the low carb high fat plan that exerciser push but it's quite repetitive & I found my self wasting dinners cos I wasn't hungry but had to eat cos of crossfit!
Anyway if you do crossfit and SW have your losses been affected by it at all?
