Please post your weekly weight losses (or gains:cry:) here and I will keep an updated list so we can all egg each other on.

If we start with March, I'm not due to weigh in again until Monday but if you are weighing in for the first time in March before then please post how much you have lost, not your actual weight.

Absolutely Sue, welcome aboard. I weigh in Mondays too although I've often thought if I weighed in on a Friday I could relax a bit over the weekend lol.

When I did SW years ago I did it with colleagues in work, we always weighed on a Monday then - so just stuck with that - seems right to do it straight after a weekend - don't know why!

Hiya chica - I'm a Monday weigher too! I always weigh my heaviset on a Monday after a weekend of debauchery! :D

You won't hear from me now though until Monday 12th March as we are off on holiday to the Cost del Sol. Won a weeks's free holiday to Spain in a "draw"!

I restarted on Wednesday last week but will weigh in on a Monday as I always did before.

Why not start a diary as well..............it is so helpful.

I am off to our Iceland this afternoon, how about you !!!!

We could coffee or even aqua con gas lol:D

We will have to get together perhaps for a Cafe Americano but I struggle with afternoons because my little (5ft 10in) boy finishes school at 2pm so I end up shouting about homework for the rest of the day after that. I can do weekday mornings, mostly, with the exception of Mondays which are normally my busiest workwise.

O.K. Gail................perhaps sometime next week.
Have a great weekend !!!
Off to see if the Muller Lights are still on offer this afternoon. Lightly frozen they are lush just like eating icecream. Had a toffee one last night...........YUMMY !!!!

First weigh in on record! I have lost 0.6kgs this week. I was hoping for 0.8 but hey ho, maybe next week.

I would like to lose about 11kgs before my Mum's 75th birthday party in June which is an average of 0.8kgs per week but to be honest as long as I'm a size 12 by then that would do.

STS for me this week, very disappointed

STS is great Sue............so much better than putting some on. So well done !!!!

Well done Gail as well that is great.

I too am working towards a June deadline. I would like to lose 3 stones by the 29th June for my great nieces wedding.

After nearly a year of slipping on a regular basis, losing some, gaining some and finally putting all my weight back on again when I had reached target...........how stupid is that, I am back on the wagon big time.

My restart was last Wednesday but I am so used to a Monday WI that I have got weighed this morning.

My initial weight loss is not as spectacular as it looks as I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and am having an attack at the moment so diarrhea is the order of the day.

I had lost 2.4 kilos this morning which translates to about 5lbs.

Today I am doing a fish day as I am determined to lose that first 3 stones. I will still be overweight and have a way to go but that is for after the wedding.

Have a sunny day amigas !!!

Wow, well done Sue (fillymum) that's a fabulous start :woohoo:
and Sue (suespain) I agree a STS might not be what you were hoping for but it's not a gain and you might lose double next week :bighug:

Another week of Red for me, I just have to top up on my chicken breasts and salad/veg then I'll be good to go!

I have lent my Free/Low Syn branded books to a friend who is struggling finding things to eat at work (Iceland) with green days at the moment. I have suggested she joins minimins but she found it confusing to start with. We might get her on here eventually.

I am doing a week of red as well Gail and am just making a huge pot of red friendly celery soup as a filler for those hungry moments.
This mornings breakfast of smoked haddock( Iceland), poached egg and cooked cherry vine tomatoes (Lidl) was lush.
Lunch time I am having home made roasted red pepper, tomato and basil soup followed by a hot mushroom salad, yogurt and strawberries.
Dinner is lagostina, salmon, new potatoes(HEXB) and salad with Philly light(HEXA) melted to make a sauce, followed by fresh fruit salad.
Snacks and syns are normally options drinks, fruit and ryvitas(HEXB).

Does your friend only do green days ? I actually find them the easiest and the most filling.
I am sure that at Iceland she should be able to boil water for couscous with chopped red peppers, tomatoes etc. Heat soup, take an SW quiche....easy, delicious and tasty. A proper Spanish tortilla made with boiled potatoes and onions fried with fry light is delicious hot or cold.
I take lots of salads and fruit to work with me, boiled eggs etc are handy too. Cheese and ryvitas with sliced tomatoes and cucumber...............there is lots she could do. Any kind of green days soup etc. etc.

Have a great day Gail, perhaps we can get together soon !!!!:D

I have lost 0.9 of a kilo this week. I guess that translates to 2lbs.
I am thrilled with that and am enjoying being back on track again. It really is the only diet that works for me.
I have set myself mini targets and I am only 1.5 kilos from the first one. I would love to make it by next week.
Gail it was lovely to meet you and we certainly didn't have any awkward silences.......a pair of chatterboxes. I enjoyed it. Thanks !!!
I am doing red again today, a chicken day but still love green days the best.

Que tengas un buen día!

3lb loss for me this week

Fantastic :wow::wow:

Well done Sue. Last weeks STS is now a distant memory..............really well done chica.

Well done both Sues. With these great losses you are off to a good start for March. As I said in a previous post I rather let the side down by having pizza but I still managed a 0.3kg loss which I'm quite pleased with, obviously hoping for more next week.

We had people round for tea on Saturday and I did everyone SW food including the Chicken Jamboree posted by Ginlin as a main course with HEB jacket potato. It was lovely and nobody could believe how much they ate without gaining any weight. I told them they might have actually lost a bit if they hadn't indulged in butter on their pots and cream on their strawberries

I'm just working out what we are having this week but as always it be red and predominantly chicken breasts

Here's to another week of good losses :)

fillymum: Week 1 -2.4kgs / Week 2 -0.9kgs
suespain: Week 1 STS / Week 2 - 3lbs

Morning Peeps - Well some of the bloat from the incredibly long journey has gone and I weighed in at 1½ lbs up from 9 days ago - a "squeak"under 12 st.
And I mean a "squeak". When I convert my kg weight to stones & pounds it comes out at 11st 13.99 lbs. And I vowed I would never go over 12 st ever again! Phew - that's close.

That makes me 4lbs over target (after a gain of 2½ lbs during my target celebrations week) - so just outside of maintenance range.

So 100% back on plan for the next few weeks as it will no doubt take me far longer than the 2 weeks it took to gain the 4lb gain to get rid of it again.

fillymum: Week 1 -2.4kgs / Week 2 -0.9kgs
suespain: Week 1 STS / Week 2 -3lbs
pommette: Week 1 holiday / Week 2 +1½ lbs Gain
toliveordiet?: Week 1 -0.6kgs / Week 2 -0.3kgs

Well done everyone - some great losses from you all. Sorry to let the side down!
