    Sounds yummy!

Lost nearly 7st when I did SW back in 2009/10. Then moved to Canada.
Have tried and failed at many other plans. Now I want to get back to my roots and do SW again.
    I love this plan!

What brand of chickpea dahl do you recommend as I can't find any online on the SW site from tesco? Pref a syn free one. Sounds good. I'd like to try this out.

Asdas chickpea dahl is free and Sundar which I buy in Morrisons is also free. It's usually somewhere near the mushy peas.

It's usually by the tins of ready made curry, bombay potatoes that sort of stuff.

Don't bother with the new brown label Chickpea Dahl - it's NOT the same as the older pink label stuff.

It was so bad I emailed Asda to complain
