What's your favourite recipe at the moment? I've recently tried stir fry sweet and sour pork, which I've not had for ages, and it was great. I also made some kipper and potato cakes (similar to Hugh Fernley-Whittingthingy's recipe), but without the olive oil and butter. They were good.
I'm going to make some kedgeree at the weekend, as it's years since I had that.
I'm also looking for sweet things that are not too sweet. I used to love anything sugary (the more the better) but as I've cut down a lot over the past year I find I want something that's sweet, but not quite as sweet, if you see what I mean. I find Mullerlight extremely sweet, so dilute them with Total 0%. Meringues I used to love, but now find them too sweet.
Any ideas on semi-sweet things to eat?
Annie
