Cheese cake stuffed strawberries

Just made my own lower fat (and not as pretty) version of these as I had a craving for a 'proper' dessert.
Well, I mixed one of the options white choc sachets (2.5 syns) into 100g of Philly extra light (6syns) and slathered half of it on some halved strawberries. Pretty delicious and has definitely kicked my sweet craving into touch.

Next time I'll try and do it properly, stuffing the strawberries with the mix like the pic on the website.


PS I was going to use Quark but couldn't find it in my local Asda. It would have been even lower in syns then, but not as delicious.

They look luuuurvly!!! I wouldn't have the patience to "stuff" them though!! More than likely would just end up chucking it all in a bowl, but definitely something that would cure my sweet cravings!!

I ate both portions in the end - feel a bit sick now. (mmmmmmmmmm - lol)
