I am trying to do mostly green days.... I seem to have more control on them.. EE I just lose it on... Had a good day

Porridge with banana

Cheese and onion and potato sw pasty with stuffed yellow pepper (stuffed with refried beans while meal rice, jalapeños and little cheese on top) and butter nut squash wedges
Yogurt, jelly and cous cous cake(small amount )

Quorn nuggets sweet corn and actifried garlic new pots
Sw oat muffin


Feeling very in control and tummy well happy, the quorn nuggets are lush and only 1/2 syn each !

Toms
Beans

Big mug of tea

Yummy!
 
I had yoghurt with crushed wheetabix
Fruit platter - blueberries & satsumas

Got some veggie rashers for lunchtime I think... or tea perhaps 3.5 syn whole package
 
Ooh veggie rashers? What they like? Syns?


I had salad for lunch at rainforest cafe
Fruit for after

Got golden rice
Salad cottage cheese
Quorn southen fried chicken burger

Hifi bar pud

Had sweeties too today... Fruit salads :))

Oo, bumping this ! im starting tomorrow, ive the full day planned as ile be working then gym straight after work ..

Im a veggie & would love to see what others are munching ..will be doing green days :D
 
Rashers not bad at all. Be nice wutg mushrooms and peppers maybe scramble egg

3.5 for the pack. . That wiukd serve two easily

Any health food shop or wholefood store should stock redwoods products - they do vegan cheese and various fake meat products (chorizo, chicken slices, fish fingers etc)

My menu for today:

B - porridge made with water, yoghurt and banana
S - alpen light (3 syns)
L - cous cous with roast red onion, peppers, courgette, aubergine and tomatoes
S - strawberries, raspberries with yoghurt
D - aubergine, courgette, sweet potato and lentil curry (from slimmingeats website) with rice and chapatti (6.5 syns)

HEA = skimmed milk
Will decide what to do with my second HEB later on :)
 
Todays menu:

B - 2 weetabix with alpro soya light and banana
S - 2 bananas
L - 2 slices 400g wholemeal bread with 30g kerry low low and some pea/lentil/bean shoots, small tub of superfood salad with dressing (0.5 syns), 100g Alpro Soya vanilla yogurt (1.5 syns)
S - Apple and grape snack pack
D - Thai sweet chilli stir fry with straight to wok medium noodles, tofu, garlic, chillies, pak choi, beansprouts, spring onions and soy sauce (5 syns for sauce and noodles)
 
Just what i need, i am going to go green next week, and i love quorn stuff, where can i find a list so that i know what is free or syned for quorn, ty x

Today ive had
B - Wholemeal toast & diabetic jam, fruit
D - Sweet potato & lentil soup, fruit & yogurt
T - Pasta n sauce high veg garlic & mushroom, salad, peas & sweetcorn
 
Another 100% day here... :) green days are sooo satisfying :)))

Cous cous cake yog and banana so far :) love it :))

Edited to add dinner

Pasta light phili, pesto, onion, cucumber tomato, 3 Linda Macartneys sausages, mixed leaves 1 goats cheese baby bel grated (yum)

1 oat home made carrot muffin.
