    Really want to cook this tonight for hubby as its one of his faves, preferably red thai if anyone has a good recipe

    I believe there is a thai curry recipe in this months' SW mag - I don't have it to hand though at the moment.

    I have in the past done my own version, using phili light (75g per person for 1 HEA), mixed with a bit of hot water, then add a tbsp of green (or red) thai paste (1 syn per tbsp per person) - I then added a packet of veg from asda or tesco with green beans and baby sweetcorn etc. It was really nice and low syn and I didn't really miss the lack of coconut milk.


    Weight lost: W1 (02/09/14) - 1.5lbs ; W2 (09/09/14) - 2.5lbs
