I am new to SW and have my first weigh in tomorrow, this thread has made my first week so much easier.. i have cooked a few dinners from scratch and they have been lovely.. certainly helped me to not feel like i am on a diet ! Thank you everyone![]()

Reached Target 18th November 2008.
Dropped target 7lbs (new target)
4 stones and 9lbs (65lbs)gone, never to show it's face here again.
Been at target now since December 2008.

About Me: Started SW on 05/12/07 and lost nearly 6.5st over 2 years. Had a break (moved to Canada) and just had a baby (Feb 2012). Back to my starting weight in 2007 but determined to shed the baby pounds and be successful like I was in my SW 'glory days'!! Looking for support on Minimins as there's no SW in Canada!!
