    February challenge - for you and not your valentine

    I know there are 2 weeks left to the end of the January challenge - but Ive had such a bad month I thought I'd start our next one off with positive thinking. I have failed both challenges ive commited to miserably, this one has to be different. Feel free to join me ladies and gents. Do it for you and you alone I think as learned from the Jan thread we will just have to put the lbs we want to lose and the total lost in ( ) to avoid too many characters to copy and paste.

    Targets
    To stay on track and get back to 8st 11lbs. The sooner the better. I didn't appreciate how small I was at that point...now that I've piled the pounds back on I miss what I was.
