Amazing work all, lots of activity going on here! Sorry no updates, ran my first ever half marathon yesterday in 2h26mins - not very fast but ran all the way without stopping which was my aim. Going to have a few days rest from running, will go again Thursday. Looking to increase my running sessions if possible from 3 to 5 per week. I work shifts so might be difficult but will see what I can do!

Just did a 5k today to stretch the legs, going to run as much as possible for the rest of Feb then will do a distance goal in March.

I've managed to do my peddles every day this week but the plank and tummy crunches have been a bit slow. I've only done them a couple of times. I will do them again today but need to make sure I do them every day from next week.

13/16 30-50 mins on peddles 4 times a week
11/16 Tummy Crunches and The plank 4 times a week
3/2 Power walk for 90 minutes atleast twice a month
 
Just run 7.5k today, first time I've ever ran 2 consecutive days. Need to be careful I don't get an injury so will stretch really well and make sure not to overdo it.
