Thread: Six month challenge anyone?

In July I'll be in full swing having fun at UK and European festivals, and would love to be a bit lighter...however between now and then I have a few trips abroad, lots of festivals, birthdays, weddings, and such things...and will be surrounded by alcohol (my no1 problem)...I'll be living on the road for some of it, but thankfully now I have a van with fridge and kitchen, I can take my food to festivals so at least I've minimised the damage. I would love to have lost another 2 and a half stone by end of July!

Hi everyone, newbie here lol!!

Can I join please? I wanna lose 3 stone and I feel 6 months is a nice time frame for that. I go on holiday at the end of may though so I'd like to lose as much as possible before then, and the rest after (although ill probably put a few lbs on whilst there, 2 weeks all inclusive is def not the way forward when you wanna lose weight lol)

This is my first day doing sw, so when I say I'm a newbie I don't just mean to the forum lol

I WI tomorrow but might be scuppered by buffet at work... I'm going to try to stay on track but tbh I just want to eat junk at the mo as I've been feeling so down and rubbish. I've been a comfort eater all my life and all I want right now is pizza and chocolate x

I've lost 2 and a half stone in 3 months so I'd like to lose 4 and a half stone in the next six months! 63 pounds. I'll add myself to the list....good luck everyone!

Sorry you're feeling down at the moment. Good luck with resisting the buffet at work. I'm useless in those situations and I'm a big comforter eater too. It always makes me feel worse though. It's a vicious cycle. Hugs.

My target date is 30th July (date of my hospital appointment) so that's my end date. Maybe call it last WI of July? xxx

Thank you xxx I did ok with the buffet in the end! Still feeling pretty miserable but life appears to be improving slowly x
