    Hi all!

    I am going to do a 'Christmas challenge'.

    lets see who can lose 2st by Christmas.

    There are just over 11 weeks till the big day now and how great would it be to be at least 2 stone lighter!!








    I think this will give us all that extra push and I think this is a great incentive.

    If you are interested just pop a response below with what day you also weigh in on.

    Once I have a few people I will draw up a table in which I will update at the end of the weeks with every bodies weight losses.

    I am thinking to start this from next week.....so what ever day you weigh in on next week that will be your first week weight loss, this way it gives us all a whole week to get back on track if needed.....like me as I have been naughty over weekend.

    So if you are competitive and want something to work towards or maybe for something to get you back on track join now!!

    Hi all and welcome I am weigh in on a Tuesday Morning.

    What I am gonna do is make a table with the ones we have so far and then can always add if more people come.

    Once we start in putting our losses next week if we each copy and paste the latest table and up date our own results I think that would be the easiest. I will then check and the end of the week to make sure all is OK and put up who has lost what and how much to go.

    I really need to get back on it I have been off it for last few days as well so this will give me a kick up the bum.
