    4 weeks running challenge

    I am fairly new to running, but have built up from February 2014 to being able to run 10k. As my holiday is now exactly 4 weeks away, I thought I would set myself a challenge of running a set number of miles over the next 4 weeks and see how I do. Anyone who would like to join in let me know!!

    MARCH 2014: -6lb SOTM
    APRIL 2014: -2.5lb
    MAY 2014: -2.5lb
    JUNE 2014: -1.5lb
    JULY 2014: +1.5lb (Holiday)

    • 17th August Birchwood 10k
    • 21st September English Half Marathon
    • Run 70 miles in August
    • Train with the club twice a week
