    Weight training and slimmers world

    I'm just curious to ask as I have just started weight training and running it along side my slimmers world food programme.
    Has anyone done anything similar?
    Currently on Slimmers World

    Excercise - Doing DDPYOGA, T25 (fits and starts) then im doing weights as well........not all together but all mixed in.

    I train too in the gym and am quite solid just started SW as I want to lose 10 pounds I think that muscle will help us rather than make me heavier being female I wont bulk up but the muscle I do have means I burn energy far more effectivel xx

    I weight train (am hoping to compete in a bodybuilding show at the end of this year), ive just rejoined SW as i struggled to lose weight on my chicken and rice diet (got bored and binged

    I just try and make sure i hit my 160g of protein each day to build and repair muscle.

    i weight train 5x a week and have 3 cardio sessions
    31/12/2013 = 15st
    31/12/2014 = 12s10lb
    Restarted SW 26/01/2015 @ 12s7lb

    hoping for 1st in 6 weeks

    So what cardio sessions do you do i do a combination of DDPYOGA, T25 and general exercise bike
