I'm just curious to ask as I have just started weight training and running it along side my slimmers world food programme.
Has anyone done anything similar?
I train too in the gym and am quite solid just started SW as I want to lose 10 pounds I think that muscle will help us rather than make me heavier being female I wont bulk up but the muscle I do have means I burn energy far more effectivel xx

I just try and make sure i hit my 160g of protein each day to build and repair muscle.
i weight train 5x a week and have 3 cardio sessions
