    Hi,
ive tried every diet possible and i can honeslty say this is the easiet diet ive done yet!
i done weight watchers and my losses were never near what i am loosing on slimming world.

in on my 9th week and im still not bored!
i think it depends on how much you have to loose aswell, like i have almost lost 2 stone in 8 weeks , where as my mum who started at 10 stone 7 has lost 1 stone in the 8 weeks.
    its deifantley possible

That's great to hear, I lost a lot on WW but am so bored of it and its stopped working for me.

You've done amazing so has your Mum. I think it will take some getting used to but am ready for the challenge.

I found WW too fussy with points etc, once you get your head round super free and free foods SW is fantastically easy

I am (or should I say was!) debating sw. This thread has just made my mind up. I love food and like to eat until I'm full this plan sounds perfect to me, even though I can't quite believe it works. But you have all convinced me it does! Thank you xx

oh definitely try slimming world - i have tried ww on and off for 18 years lol, with true success once, the rest of the time i just struggled, once your points are used up you dont have an awful lot of choice left. SW jacket potatos, pasta, rice are free on EE+green plans, most meats free on EE+red, i feel WW taught you to eat what you liked within your points - which lead to much hunger! SW teaches you to eat wisely and you still get syns for treats. Its more of a life change i think, you could eat like this forever, and never feel hunger.

I am in week 3, have lost 8.5lbs so far, and i have gone from a sedentary lifestyle spent at the computer or sitting on my butt, to exercising 6 times a week because i have all this energy from eating the right stuff, i dont get constipated anymore (sorry if tmi lol), i dont get heartburn anymore, all in the space of less than a month.

so good luck with your choice and keep us updated! x
