Yoghurts, syn free hummus and crudités, alpen lights for HEXB or even better the Special K chewy delights - mmmmm! There are so many different types of fruit, have a dander around the fresh fruit next time you're shopping and maybe try to pick 3 different things each time? That'll mix it up a bit and make sure it doesn't feel monotonous!

I've been getting back into the routine of making syn free ice cream with my ice cream maker - definite treat! Muller lights (whatever flavour you like) mixed with Fat free fromage frais popped in the ice cream maker for 30-60 mins until consistency is like ice cream. Served with lovely fresh berries - it's a delight!

    Hope this helps xxx

Have you thought about saving syns for the eve & maybe having a bag of crisps, chocolate or something, or maybe save a hexb for the eves snacks.

I know you said no fruit but I really like fruit couscous, it's yummy, or how about a ff yogurt, that's all I can think off for now. x

I usually save a few syns for my evening snack/treat something like quavers, ringos, pombears or a curly wurly (they last longer if they've been in the freezer) I also like sugar free jelly and ski mousse for a low syn treat

I have the same problem. I am actually trying to get away from nighttime eating, as I think that is one of the reasons I have gained so much weight in the last 5 years.
What I have been doing is when I am cooking dinner I half fill a bowl with frozen fruit and when I get hungry about I pour a yogurt over and eat that. I have also made the magic porridge to try tonight.

I found the magic porridge recipe on here. It's just 35g of porridge oats, which is the HEX B and stir in one of the muller free yogurts. I usually fling a load of frozen berries on top and put in it fridge. You can eat it straight away, but it is better for a few hours in the fridge. I have tried with different yogurt's and different fruit mixes and they have all been nice.
    hope that helps,
