    Hey guys it's my first weigh in tomorrow! Who gets their weigh in on a Tuesday? I'm nervous haha!
    Start weight - 11stone1pound
    Goal weight - 9stone7pound

    Week 1: -3lbs *
    Week 2: -3lbs
    Week 3: -3lbs
    Week 4: -1.5lbs October slimmer of the month!
    Week 5: no WI
    Week 6: -3.5lbs Stone Award
    Week 7: -2lbs Club10

    Yeah! I've added you to my contacts. It's my second meeting. I went to my first last week, I really hope I've lost! I've followed the plan strictly so fingers crossed! I've found it quite easy to pick up, I'm doing extra easy by the way

    Journey restarted January 2013.
    The story so far.... Started SW in Feb 09, lost nearly 4 stone, got to Target in Aug 09, struggled to maintain, stopped going to classes and well and truly fell off the wagon with a thud! Result = I'm even heavier now than I was when I started SW!!! Right then, time to sort this out. So I'm back!.......


    Remember: Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels!

    This is all new to me! I only joined last tuesday and i'm struggling to get my head round the plan. Had only ever done WW before and managed to lose weight but slipped out the zone and thought something different would get me montivated again. Nervous about getting weighed tmrw as i feel i'm eating more on this although it's different foods than i'd normally have. My weigh in is at night so maybe i should have no dinner until i come back? This would surely affect my weigh in. Any advice or thoughts welcome, thanks

    Hi Vodkamonster, lost 2lb much to my surprise not cause i cheated but i seem to have quite alot of food! Not my usual food as i've not had crisps or bread in over a week now . Just take a bit of getting used to. I to waited and had my dinner when i came back as i thought that would surely affect the scales!! Good luck for next week
