This is all new to me! I only joined last tuesday and i'm struggling to get my head round the plan. Had only ever done WW before and managed to lose weight but slipped out the zone and thought something different would get me montivated again. Nervous about getting weighed tmrw as i feel i'm eating more on this although it's different foods than i'd normally have. My weigh in is at night so maybe i should have no dinner until i come back? This would surely affect my weigh in. Any advice or thoughts welcome, thanks
Hi Vodkamonster, lost 2lb much to my surprise not cause i cheated but i seem to have quite alot of food! Not my usual food as i've not had crisps or bread in over a week now . Just take a bit of getting used to. I to waited and had my dinner when i came back as i thought that would surely affect the scales!! Good luck for next week
