    Little disappointed put on 1lb stuck to plan exercised but wondering if it because it ladies week if u get me xx

    its prob the excercise, ive heard that the 1st week of excercise can slow weight loss ass muscle weighs more than muscle! u will prob see alot more progress next week with the diet and excerise, its also my ladies week aswell. thought it wud of slowed my weight loss but i lost 2lbs, but eveyones different, plus i was nearing the end of mine good luck xxx

    week 2 = -2lbs
    week 3 = - 1.5lbs

    I hope it is I've done more exercise this week ate well stuck to my syns but don't feel like I've lost any :-( xx
