    need some advice

    Hi, I've been on slimming world for 10th weeks now but this week following a weekend stay and a night out with my friends, I am seriously lacking in motivation and will power. I need to give myself a boot up the back side!

    I think just about all of us have been there. Why not take a minute to think about why you started. Write it down somewhere (I've got mine on the back of my SW book) think about how far you've come, how different you feel. Are you sick of eating the same foods maybe? Or even just sick of THINKING about food, I know I get like that, I just wish I could go to the freezer and fling in some 'oven crap' for tea (you know, breaded chicken, chips and onion rings YUM!)

    Maybe read some of the inspirational stories on here or in the magazines/online? .x.

    I get bored with food every now and then and I will usually do one of two things. 1) is look for recipes for SW friendly versions of food that I think Im missing, kfc style chicken is tasty and so is fanta or irn bru chicken (tastes like sweet and sour from the chinese takeaway)
    2) I have a meal from the oven or order a pizza and to be honest I usually end up feeling really disappointed with the food, its NEVER as good as you remember it being but I think its good to get it out of your system.

    My personal downfall is pizza which my partner still eats. I had a bite once and just thought it tasted so bland and doughy I was glad I had made me own SW version. I really hate the smash base pizza so what I do is use a gammon round, grill it and then top it with a little sauce and dollop of quark, mushrooms, peppers and whatever else I fancy it, grill it until theyre cooked, top with a load of grated cheese then grill again until melted. Totally gorgeous and totally free (cheese hexA)

    As far as inspiration Ive been doing this plan for roughly 8 months and have lost almost 5 1/2 stone, I was nominated woman of the year and won miss slinky at my group and have went from a size 24 to a size 14 (12 in some shops!). I have 2 young kids, one who has medical problems so I spent almost a month in hospital with him and the plan STILL worked for me.     Thank you for that, very inspirational indeed! I plan to draw a line under my bad week and move forwards. I don't want to undo everything that I have achieved so far.
