    First weigh in last night

    And I got 9lbs! I'm totally amazed as I don't feel like I have deprived myself at all and even had a few small choccy bars over the week. I'm on such a high at the moment and feel so motivated for this coming week! Good luck everyone with their own journeys x

    I stuck to the plan and I was fortunate to have the time to go to the gym 3 days that week too, that won't happen every week so I'm chuffed to bits it happened as it really motivated me to do as well the following week

    The destination is the same but the journey is different for everybody
