    just weighed myself, 68.3kg = 150.26 pounds = 150.5 pounds (if I lose an extra 0.02 pounds I could have round down to 150 )

    152.5 last time... so have lost 2 pounds I'm not complaining!

    I will aim to get below 150 pounds next week!

    I've been abit rubbish with updating my food diary...ops.

    will start from today:
    0900: porridge with honey
    1330: dined out - lasagna, cafe latte
    1730: dined out - pork dumplings, beef fried noodles, 1 turnip dim sum
    2000: ferrero rocher x 2
    2100: malteasers rabbit

    a very high syn day, probably, because of all the dining out and chocolates...

    am 20 pounds from goal, will try to up the veg and fruit, and cut down on the chocolate... will try to up the exercise too. have recently bought a Billy Blank Tae-Bo workout DVD. Did 30 minutes on Friday, will try to do that 2-3 times a week from now on!!
