I'm a relatively new member to Slimming World and this forum. I have been reading all your diaries and I think they are such a great idea that I'm gona try my own Hopefully it will inspire me to keep on track as I try and shed this excess flab
I get weighed on a Wednesday and have had 2 weigh in's already.
Week 1 : -2 lbs
Week 2 : -5 lbs
I have tried so many fad diets over the years so I'm really hoping that attempt at weight loss is the one that will be the final one!
Can anyone tell me how to get the trackers that some of ye have at the end of your posts pls
