Heya, I'm starting again on the 8th, the next time I can get to group, I've never left group, I just haven't been the past 2 weeks and feel like I've put on everything I lost. I dunno, I have a weird relationship with food and I've really struggled. I'm looking for support on here, so people are checking up on me and are interested in what I'm doing. Will subscribe to your page x

11/04/14 - Weighed myself and was in shock by the number... the number isn't a huge deal but I feel bigger, my coats tight, I'm slowly fitting into the oversized work trousers I have which isn't a good sign as I'm obviously too big for the other ones I have now, including the shirt which looks stretched around the bust area. I'm struggling with sleeping, or sleeping too much, out of breath at running up the stairs and my double chin is reappearing. My chest seems bigger which means my bras are hurting or breaking. I feel insecure about the way I look at work and don't like catching myself in the mirrors or window reflections.
