Started with Slimming world on Monday, really need to give it a good go this time. Weighed in at 12st 8lb :( heaviest I have ever been. Anyway onwards and upwards I really hope to get to my target of 9st 7lb by my daughters birthdays in July.
B - Shape 0% Apple Crumble Yoghurt (0.5), Pear
S - Left over SW Quiche, Pineapple
L - Pasta to Go Roast Chicken (FREE), Banana, Apple
T - SW Extra Lean Beefburger, 60g Wholemeal Roll (HEB), 60g Low Low Cheese (HEA), Bacon, Chicken, Salad, SW Chips
Milk (2.5) Ketchup (1)

I've really got to this time. I've got to admit though I'm quite enjoying this diet at the moment. I feel full most of the time and I havent touched chocolate since Sunday night which for me is massive lol. xx

Don't avoid the chocolate forever or you will go mad!! You can still have a choccy bar within your syns, just have a mini one if you are using the rest of your syns!
Oh I will do when I fancy one I've just not been bothered which for me is shocking lol. I've got mini ones in ready for when the craving hits ;) xx
I've not touched chocolate since I've been on this diet (4 weeks). I've not really had any cravings for it. Hubby and kids are still eating it and its not bothered me at all. I've kept nice alternatives in the fridge for if I feel the need for something sweet. There's always jelly and yogurt in the fridge and I've got the stuff to make healthy cheese cake in minutes as well incase I want something different.

Thats really good! Ive been just reaching for yoghurts and fruit when Im peckish too. How do you make the healthy cheesecake? Hope you have a good weekend too xx
I've felt a bit down today, think its because I had a rough nights sleep as my daughters are all poorly. Luckily my partner has been off so I had a powernap this afternoon :)

I've been to Morrisons this morning to stock up on Mugshots and Pasta to Go. I brought some option hot chocolates too, cant wait to have the butterscotch one later :) Was funny though I went to the express checkout and the assistant saw what I had in my basket and said,"You on slimming world by any chance" LOL. I was naughty this morning and weighed myself again, I really need to get out of the habit of weighing myself all the time. I need my scales taken away from me.x
Lol I wouldn't worry about if, I weigh and record my weight every day, I like to see the patterns in my losses!! My scales are supposed to analyse body fat and water content as well but have only used them to weigh recently and couldnt get the analyser to work this morning...
