New Year New Me - Weekly Weight Loss Diary
So, I have been trying to stick to Slimming World for a month now. I tried it 5 years ago and lost a fair bit of weight, but was doing it alongside my house mates at the time and was easy to motivate each other and go to gym classes.
5 years on, I am married and getting toooo comfortable!
We have a beach holiday to Mexico planned for 14th April alongside my STUNNING and SKINNY sister in laws. I absolutely HAVE to get to my goal weight in order to enjoy myself fully and not feel self concious.
My weight loss diary may be a bit sporadic, as for some reason minimins doesn't let me post from my phone and so it will have to wait until I am on my laptop each week, which only tends to be at weekends. Or sometimes on a Wednesday, which is my weight in day.
This diary is primarily for myself, but followers, comments and advice/support are obviously always welcomed.
In 1 month I have lost 11lbs. Which I know is really good. Although, I still have a long way to go. AND don't look any different!!!
