I'm Kim and I have been on Slimming World for 4 weeks.
Week 1 & 2 were fab - 8.5lbs lost. Week 3 I had a (EXTREMELY UNEXPECTED!) gain of 0.5lbs. And it completely threw me. New baby in the family, plus lots of celebrating and family staying meant I had a very synful weekend, and no weigh in this week due to training away from home means my week hasn't been the best.
I've been back on track now and had three fabulous days on plan. I'm here to basically get a bit of support, my leader is amazing but this new job means shift work and fitting in weigh in when I can, I'm really going to miss class support so this is the next best thing!
I'm hoping to weigh in on Weds/Thurs next week (depending on work) so I'm on my best behaviour this weekend!
