Soo...

I'm Tanya, 23 yrs old, 4 weeks into Slimming World plan!
I initially only started as I wanted to support my friend who wanted to do it for health reasons, but now I've joined and I'm doing really well (if I say so myself)

First week when I was weighed, I was more than shocked to be in the 17s, as after a bad break up in 2011 I had gone on to lose more than 3 stone (so my doctor told me, I never actually found out my starting weight), and I was in the late 15s! But, as everyone knows, getting in a new relationship in 2013 meant I've piled on the weight!! Those 'oh it's only the one' takeaway every week and the 'best get a maccies why it's quick as I've no time' every so often had come round n kicked me on the backside! So I decided to go for it, and I am now loving it!

My progress so far:
week one -6lb
week two -5.5lb
week three -0.5lb (had a big night out without considering any syns what so ever - flexi syn BUT STILL A LOSS =])
week four - -5lb (had a night out with only vodka diet cokes! Can't believe the difference!)

Total 17lb down

I just want to start this as a sort of blog just so I can see my own progress written down, and help anyone else if I can

im sure it wont hinder your losses,I had a week where I wasn't very hungry & then my appetite came back big time arghh was nice why it lasted x
 
Today I had fish for the third time this week :) in sweet chilli sauce.....I've never enjoyed fish before - proud of myself!

...And i discovered batchelors super rice is free! I shall be filling the cupboard with those this week!!

...And about 10 mins ago my OH said 'you have shoulders lover - they're dissappearing' which I guess could be considered a Non-Scale Victory (ish) :p

Breakfast was a muller light with 3 tangerines, melon and grapes

Dinner at work was a tin of Heinz character pasta (Moshi Monsters today :)) Smash (with laughing cow light triangles HexA) and pickled onions gherkins and tomatoes (obsessed)

Tea was sweet chilli fish with extra sweet chilli sauce, and batchelors beef rice with sweetcorn and peas

Snacks were grapes, melon, mini milk and 2 rocky road hifis saved for later (HexB)

Syns today
Walkers baked (5)
Mini pepperami (1)
Sweet chilli fish (1)
Sweet chilli sauce (1.5)
Mini milk (1.5)

10 syns :)

yes I thnk it was week 4 & I lost 3lb but had a sts the following week,dont panic though even though some people have big losses & smaller ones over a good period of time all losses seem to average out to 1-2lb a week xx

thank you! I know it will slow down I'm happy if I've lost anything, had a 0.5lb loss one week and I knew why but expected a gain. As long as the numbers are not going up I'm a happy girl :) xx
 
Hi guysss!

I'm so proud of myself, I've managed to overcome two big things, may not be big to others, but it has been to me!!!

1) I took a 1 yr old, a 4 yr old and an 8 yr old to the park, walked all the way around for three hours pushing the pram which I have never done before!! THEN went through the drive through at McDonalds and ordered THREE happy meals and NOTHING else! I was tired and hungry after the park, but didn't cave :) :) :) :) :) :) Went home and cooked chicken rice and veg instead!

2) I was craving all sorts of crap about an hour ago! I had a moment last week when I opened a thread about weekend evenings snacking difficulties on here! Tonighttttt I got my lunchbox out and filled it with 3 mini light babybels (My HexA), a mini pepperami (1syn), 4 flying saucers (1syn), a mini pack of milk choc buttons (4syns), and a pot of hartleys 10cal jelly (0.5syn) 6.5 syns!!!!!
With my 3.5 syns on kinder chocolate earlier & 1.5 on ww sausages this morning that leaves me on 11.5 syns, a swerved mcdonalds, lots of body magic, and managed to dodge a syn disaster :)

Well I've been following plan to the last word all week looking forward to a kebab from takeaway tonight. Had no syns all day to prepare and oh it was good. Drinking a green tea hoping it speeds my metabolism to burn it off immediately hahaha!

So today:

Breakfast
Muller light melon grapes and a tangerine

Lunch
Smash, beans & 3 light laughing cow triangles (HExA) salad and grapes

Tea
A big fat kebab with lots of superfree salad and lighter than light mayo (lots of syns)

Snacks
Grapes & 2 hifi rocky road (hexB)

I'm here to subscribe. I could do with a dose of your chirpiness and positivity!
I'm been on SW for 6 months now and lost a total of 8lbs. Christmas really threw me off course and I'm still 1.5lbs from my lowest pre-Crimbo weight.

Anyway thats enough of my life story but I'm hoping your love for SW atm and great losses is infectious which is why I'm here! :)

Bad day to subscribe as I'm really struggling with a tummy bug (I think) So no chirpiness today although I'll post what I've eaten later and will still stay loving sw :)
