So here is where I will begin my Slimming world Journal I did begin one, in the wrong thread?, and I have no idea how to move it.
I am in my second week of Slimming World and I have lost 2lbs so far, and that was on Star Week.
So I am hoping for more of the same next week or a little more . I am quite new to this so any advice you all have please be more than happy to chat away and share! After all, I joined minimins for support outside of the class.
So far today I have went a wee walk (30 minutes) needed out of the house and to clear my head. I also plan on going on my exercise bike for 20 minutes.
