    BMI Information:

    7 Week Easter Challenge

    Roll up, roll up, the next challenge is the 7 weeks to Easter challenge, starting on Sunday 14th February (yes, valentines day just to keep you all in check and off the romantic wine and chocolates lol)

    A 7lb loss should be a reasonable amount to aim for, so if you want to have a go at being ½ stone lighter by Easter, add your name to the list below and join in. It doesn't matter if you join in late, just adjust you target loss accordingly.

    Add your name to the list by using the reply with quote button and then just delete any parts of the post that aren't relevent to the list, and add your own details to it and post as normal. Hope this makes sense.

    Remember, this is not a competion, just a little personal mini goal for us to try and achieve for motivation.
