Hello Slimmer's :D
I have spent the afternoon chatting to three consultants I am friends with & also one of my Slimming World buddies Selina who enjoys doing the Success Express plan.

Now I have sussed it out & understand it I want to give it a try this week.
Thought I'd make this thread so that I could share my meals & so you can help me make sure I am doing it correctly.

Also here is how you do the Success Express if you are unsure :)

♥ WANT TO BOOST YOUR WEIGHTLOSS? ♥
♥ ♥ THEN TRY SUCCESS EXPRESS ♥ ♥

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS.......

♥ HAVE 3 MEALS A DAY

♥ EACH MEAL MUST HAVE 2/3 OF THE PLATE FULL OF SUPER FREE FOODS

♥ 1/3 OF YOUR PLATE MUST BE FREE FOODS FROM THE GREEN & ORIGINAL PLAN (YOU CAN ENJOY FOOD FROM BOTH PLANS OR FROM JUST ONE IF YOU WISH).

♥ CHOOSE YOUR HEALTHY EXTRAS. CHOOSE 1 OR 2 HEALTHY EXTRA A CHOICES & 2 HEALTHY EXTRA B CHOICES (THESE CAN BE USED AS PART OF THE MEAL).

♥ ANY SNACKS YOU EAT INBETWEEN MEALS MUST BE ONLY SUPERFREE FOODS (FOR EXAMPLE FRUIT & SYN FREE YOGURTS).

♥ STILL ENJOY BETWEEN 5-15 SYNS A DAY (ONLY RULE ON SUCCESS EXPRESS IS YOU HAVE TO COUNT THE HIGHER SYN VALUE..........FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU WERE TO HAVE A SAUSAGE THEN YOU WOULD COUNT THE SYNS AS A GREEN DAY).

Are syn free yogurts superfree? Good on you, might try it next week too xx

Well they are not superfree abit like Eggs now too. They are just classed as a free food as long as you have syn free ones.
The consultants I spoke to said your snacks on success express have to be only superfree fruit & vegetables or syn free yogurts.
Hope this makes sense xxx
 
If you can still have syns how come the snacks have to be free food?

You can still use your syns as normal but snacks have to be superfree foods. So normally if you do an EE day you could snack on crab sticks, ham or mug shots etc and they would be free but on Success Express snacks are only to be superfree foods as if you snacked on things like meat or mugshots you would have to syn them on Success Express.

As for your syns if you wanted 2 alpen lights or a hifi bar as your heb choice then you can have it.

Here is tonight's meal.......

♥ Success Express Meal ♥

FREE FOOD:
Chicken breast, smoked bacon with fat removed. Slimming World homemade chips.

SUPERFREE FOOD:
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, spring onion, red peppers, yellow peppers, celery.

HEALTHY EXTRAS:
A: 42g Kerry Low Low cheese

SYNS:
2 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce (2 syns).

The meal doesn't quite look 2/3 of superfree food but I am about to tuck into a snack which is melon, banana & 1 Weight Watchers yogurt.
 
think i getting the hang of tis .im gonna start this on sun .been good all week but today has gone tits up.o well.hopefully this might give me the boost i need.if i stay in all week and shut the curtains and lock the doors i should be ok ,lol,good luck stacey x

ok stacey.i will do that as from sunday if that ok to add to your thread. another lovely meal piccy i see.hope you dont mind me asking but where are your b choices cos aernt you meant to have 2 on se? im not sure,trying to get me head around it x

I had wholemeal toast at breakfast with bacon & some salad.
Then I also had a hifi bar in the evening. x
 
Here is my food diary for yesterday....

Day One: 17th March 2011

BREAKFAST:
BLT.....Smoked bacon, lettuce & tomato on 3 slices of Weight Watchers brown danish bread with 2 tbsp of Hellmann's extra light mayo.

LUNCH:
Leftover Bolognese, extra lean mince beef, onions, mushrooms, red peppers, garlic, tinned tomatoes, passata, basil, oxo & lea & perrins. Served with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, spring onion, red peppers, celery. Topped with cheese.

DINNER:
Chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese & BBQ sauce, Slimming World chips, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, spring onion, red peppers, celery.

SNACKS:
Melon, banana, Weight Watchers yogurt, Hifi Bar.

HEALTHY EXTRAS:
A: 42g Low Low cheese. A: 42g Low Low cheese.
B: 3 Slices of Weight Watchers brown danish bread. B: Hi-fi bar.

SYNS:
2 tbsp of Hellmann's extra light mayo (1) BBQ Sauce (2) Low Alcohol Czech beer (1)

TOTAL SYNS: 4
