    Goal Date: ASAP!

    Start BMI: 41.7
    Current BMI: 27.2
    Goal BMI: 24.1

    Total Weight Loss: 6st8lb

    Ideas

    Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for low syn snacks for packed lunches etc? i know theres a booklet for sale but i dont have it yet and i need ideas pronto!! im off to Morrisons soon!
