Help needed for that one week each month (with apologies to our male friends)
First of all I apologise if this has been discussed before but I did a forum search and didn't find it, and secondly apologies to all the men in our site but this is a female problem.
I have two issues about the week of my period.
The first is that no matter how good I have been and how well I stick to the plan, in that week I never lose and often put on pounds.
The second is that in the week leading up to my period I want to shovel anything into my mouth. I will eat anything that doesn't move fast enough.
So the questions are....
Does anyone else find this happens to them? How do you cope with the cravings? Thanks in advance for advice.
