Help on self sabotage!!!!
I have been sticking so well to plan lately. I even managed to lose 1lb last week even though I had 2 nights out. I'm going away tmw for day and night and I know it will be hard to stick to plan so i decided I won't put pressure on myself. The problem now is its like a switch has turned and I'm eating all around me today... Which is fine on slimming world except for the fact that it's sweets, bars, biscuits.... Has anyone any ideas how to get back to it Sunday or should I be 'drawing a line under it' from now? Ideas please???
