Have really upped my superfree this week, and am experiencing ...ahem ...well....bloating and wind of epic proportions!
I look 9 months pregnant and have an overall feeling of almost indigestion. Any recommendations??
Maybe reduce the amount of fruit and veg back to a more 'normal' amount, then increase it again, but more gradually. Make sure you have your 5-a-day portions of veg on your meals and maybe one or two pieces of fruit as snacks, but don't go overboard straight away.
Have you also upped your fibre at the same time? If I eat too much fibre it makes me feel really bloated and uncomfortable. x

Try drinking mint or green tea. There have been previous threads on this as its a common side effect to the increase in dietary fibre. The green tea is excellent for digestion and mint tea can help bloating. If you don't like them there are excellent ranges that offer flavoured versions. My favourites are twinings butter mint and their green tea with either cranberry, salted caramel or (my new love) gingerbread!!

salted caramel sounds nice, might give them a try. are they all good for windy times ?
Haha windy times. I find them very good. Others have commented about the benefits
It will settle over time I promise!!
I second the green tea. I've always had issues of the wind variety when I've done SW before but not this time and I think it's because I've been drinking green tea for quite some time before I rejoined.
My favourite is Twinings mango and lychee - I was a bit wtf on first taste but it grew on me quickly
