I have been calorie counting for ages. I have recently fallen off the wagon and put a stone on.
I would like to lose 17 pounds before my holiday. I have 17 weeks in which to do it. I know that this is possible well I hope it is.
I need to eat healthy and am thinking maybe sw is the way forward for me.
I absolutely love chocolate which is my downfall and can consume 4 bars a day and eat it till I can't move.
I'm doing t25 exercises and have just done week 1. Im thinking sw healthy eating will give me more energy to do my exercises.
Sometimes it is hard to concentrate cook from scratch which is why i have been doing calorie counting.
Would really appreciate a kick to get me started please x
